For distributor orders, please contact your distributor directly. Orders ship based on the item with the longest lead time. 80/20 operation business days are Monday through Friday.

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any damage or missing items should be noted on the packing slip and bill of lading, and must be reported to 80/20 by calling 844.802.0932 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please retain all damaged goods for inspection.
If you choose to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, Indiana sales tax will apply unless you provide a valid Indiana tax-exempt certificate.
