80/20 Case Study - SPECtester Enclosure
The Segregation Potential Evaluation-Characterization, or SPECtester for short, measures the segregation properties of mixtures to ensure proper mixing of materials such as foods, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and chemicals for safety and quality.
80/20 was used to build the frame of this scientific device as well as the doors for the finished product. As you can see, the bottom edge required a custom machined aluminum plate by 80/20 for precise positioning of components.
