Corner Bracket Assembly
Inside
Corner Brackets are one of 80/20's most popular methods of connecting
two T-slotted profiles together.
This page will show you the benefits of pre-loading your brackets
and proper mounting of your profiles. This process applies to both brackets and gussets.
The Inside Corner Connector is a great
choice for a hidden profile connection. With no machining required
and all hardware included all you need to do is mount the profiles
and tighten the connection.
Joining Plates are a great method of connecting
T-slotted profiles or adding support to current connections. This page
will cover all of the steps that should be taken to ensure a properly mounted
Joining Plate connection.
The End Fastener provides a clean, hidden method
of connecting profiles at a 90° angle. This page will not only show you
the proper way to attach the fastener to the profile end but will also
show you the machining needed to complete this connection method.
Anchor Fasteners are one of 80/20's most popular connectors. On this page you will see how the Anchor Fastener fits into
the counterbore as well as how it can glide along the T-slot of the mating
profile. This assembly concept also applies for Double Anchor and Butt
Fasteners.
